| Bio:
Jeff Cashman
serves as Manhattan Associates' senior vice president of
business development. Mr. Cashman joined Manhattan
Associates in January 2005 from MAPICS, a publicly traded
company that specializes in enterprise resource planning
software solutions for manufacturing companies, where he
served as vice president and general manager of
international operations. While at MAPICS, he also served as
their vice president of professional services and chief
marketing officer. Prior to MAPICS, Mr. Cashman held senior
executive positions at Viewlocity, a supply-chain event
management software solutions provider and as senior vice
president of marketing and business development at McHugh
Software (now Red Prairie). Mr. Cashman started his career
with Accenture, where he spent more than a decade in their
distribution/logistics software organization and supply
chain strategy practices. He is a graduate of the University
of Illinois.

| Bio: G. Michael Clark
is the Velocity Manager in the North American Commercial
Division (NACD) of Caterpillar Inc. Mike is responsible for
defining, implementing and managing all Velocity related
processes with NACD, to include Machine Forecasting, Demand
Management, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Machine
Orders Management and Dealer Inventory Management. He has
been with the company for more than 26 years and held a
variety of management positions in Finance, Pricing,
Marketing, and Commercial / New Product Introduction (NPI)
within the Product Groups, as well as serving as Worldwide
Marketing Manager for the joint venture Shin Caterpillar
Mitsubishi while living in Kobe, Japan. He is a graduate of
Monmouth College with a B.A. in Finance and Pre-law.

Ken Cottrill has more than 20
years experience in the supply chain field as a
practitioner, writer, editor and marketing consultant. He
was Director of Global Communications at the MIT Center for
Transportation and Logistics, and Logistics and Special
Projects Editor at the influential trade magazine Traffic
World. He has written for a wide range of publications in
the Europe and the United States, including national
newspapers and leading business magazines, and has edited
many specialist publications. His media experience also
includes television. Ken has worked as a researcher on TV
documentaries for the BBC and PBS. His industry experience
includes a spell as a container planner with a major
shipping company. |

Philip Franz is currently the
Executive-in-Charge of the Supply Chain Management Practice
for Crowe Chizek and Company, LLP. Over the past
twenty-eight years, Philip has gained broad professional
experience in product research and development, scientific
consulting, university teaching, senior operations
management in manufacturing and logistics, operational and
information technology consulting, business process
re-engineering and information technology management. Prior
to joining Crowe Chizek and Company LLP, Philip held senior
management positions with the McDonald's Corporation, Price
Waterhouse LLP and Christian Salvesen USA. Over the past
five years, Philip has assisted many companies in developing
and enhancing their demand management process. Philip has
considerable interest and expertise in designing and
implementing demand management organizational changes and
supporting information technologies within a single
enterprise and between multiple trading partners. |

Richard
has been working in the supply chain management space for
over 20 years and is responsible for driving the market
direction and positioning of SAP’s SCM solution set. Prior
to joining SAP in 2004, Richard spent 15 years with Marcam

Process ERP solutions.
Richard
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from

Bio:
Tahl Milburn is the Global Lead for the
Enterprise Architecture Practice for Cisco’s
Advisory Services. Tahl has spent 28 years in IT
as an innovator, strategist, architect, and
leader with both experience and proficiency
across IT disciplines. He is distinguished by
his ability to grasp enterprise impact and the
future value of decisions. Prior to joining
Cisco, Tahl reported to the Vice Chairman of
Providian Financial Corporation (now Washington
Mutual), responsible for technology strategy,
enterprise architecture and related. In his
role, he introduced many of the company’s key
technologies including its data warehouse,
intranet, centralized data centers, outsourcing
strategy, and application integration
architecture. Mr. Milburn holds a Bachelor of
Computer Science & Engineering Degree from the
University of Texas at Arlington. He has pursued
additional course work at both the University of
California at Berkeley and the Software
Engineering Institute at Carnegie-Mellon
University. |

Sanjay Raveendranathan is the
Director for Global Industry Marketing for the Manufacturing
Industry at Microsoft Corp. In this role, he is responsible
for world wide strategy for Microsoft’s industry marketing
efforts for the manufacturing Industry.
Before joining
Microsoft, Mr. Raveendranathan was Vice President of
Industry Marketing at i2 Technologies, where he was
responsible for the global industry solutions and strategy
across various industry verticals including consumer
electronics, telecom, and consumer goods. Mr.
Raveendranathan had also served as the client executive and
a supply chain strategic advisor for a number of large High
Tech and Semiconductor accounts. Over the last 10 years, Mr.
Raveendranathan has been directly involved in a number of
global supply chain initiatives across several fortune 500
companies. He has held various leadership positions under
supply chain strategic consulting, marketing, and direct
sales.
Mr.
Raveendranathan holds a MS in manufacturing systems
engineering from Syracuse University, and a Bachelors degree
in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of
Technology (I.I.T.) Madras. |

marketing, advertising, dealer administration and product
unit commercial activities, including 8 years in the
company’s Latin American Division. He is a graduate of
Purdue University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Christian Verstraete, worldwide Senior Director for HP’s
manufacturing and Distributions Industries Worldwide
Solutions & Technology Integration Group, has been a member
of HP’s manufacturing team for more than 26 years.
Verstraete is responsible for identifying and developing
HP’s differentiated portfolio of horizontal and vertical
solutions for the manufacturing industries. His group is
tasked with creating field-ready solutions that meet the
specific needs of customers, geographies and HP’s Technology
Solutions Group (TSG) business units. Frequently published
in periodicals, Verstraete’s latest book, Collaborative
Sourcing, Strategic Value Creation through Collaborative
Supplier Relationship Management, is currently available
